Production Technology
Reconstructed stone is produced by imitating the natural formation of rocks, using sands, clinker, and colored oxides, mixed and layered. The resulting fluid mixture is molded in casts made directly from natural material, to create shapes similar to the original stones and reproduce their texture and movements in detail.
The production process is complex and requires advanced preparation and technology to ensure quality and stability of the product over time.
Our team uses automated production lines to optimize production capacity while maintaining artisanal quality standards.
Selected raw materials are mechanically mixed to ensure consistency in composition and quality. The mixture is poured into molds, cured in controlled environments, and manually packaged to verify quality requirements.
Particular attention is paid to customer needs, preparing custom orders and pre-assembling specific compositions upon request.
